4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note:

  • Products can only be returned if faulty or damaged upon arrival. A photo of the damage must be emailed to us at nikki@flawlessfacialist.co.uk.

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in resellable condition.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.

6. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, where applicable.
