Dermaviduals is a clinic-only brand and cannot be sold to you without a consultation with me first. 

All Dermaviduals products are vegan, except the Lip Balm which contains bee propolis. All products are cruelty free. 

Dermavidual airless pumps are NOT refillable or reusable. Dermaviduals are formulated with a few preservatives as possible as these are known to disrupt the skin barrier, to keep your product bacteria free, creams are packaged in airless pumps and are single use designed to eliminate any contamination. You can recycle your pumps.

Dermaviduals is formulated to be kind and gentle for ALL skin skin types. In fact its so gentle you can use many of the products on babies. Please contact me if you want to know more about caring for your babies skin or if your concern is reactive, sensitive skin. 

Once recieved, orders are dispatched within 24hours (unless notified)

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s 48 hours tracked service so you can expect your delivery within 3 days. 

Please provide a valid email address at the time of purchase as your parcel tracking number will be sent to you. 

Yes! Please select the collection from the shipping options in the checkout process if you prefer to pick your order up from me. You will receive a text from me when your items are ready for you, within 24 hours but usually much sooner! 

No, products that have been opened cannot be returned. 

During your consultation I will ask many questions about you, your lifestyle, your skin goals as well as your skin. This is so i can recommend the correct products for your unique skin and is therefore unlikely that the product will not suit your skin.

If your order arrives damaged please email a photo of the damaged product to nikki@flawlessfacialist.co.uk and a replacement will be sent out promptly.
